The shuttle situation was frustrating, as there was no posted schedule, and I was disappointed to find the spa out of service. Overall, it's hard to recommend this place based on my stay.

The rooms were clean and met our needs perfectly, though I wish the service had been a bit friendlier. Access to downtown Catalina was convenient, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience, but the dining options could use some improvement.

However, the service really fell short, lacking resolution and care. The dining experience wasn't great either, which disappointed me given the overall setup.

However, the cleanliness issues in the room really detracted from my experience. I found nail clippings under the table and hair on the toilet, which left me questioning the housekeeping standards.
